Today marked their first transition visit, where they spent time in their new classroom, settling in and becoming comfortable with their surroundings. In true Oakbank style, our Riverland Cross Country runners experienced all four seasons in one day! It was beyond cold, incredibly wet, and exceptionally muddy!Our athletes gave it their all in some of the toughest conditions, competing against very large fields of 200+ runners.Kira did exceptionally well, placing in the top 20 for her age group, finishing 19th out of 159 runners. Chet also had a fantastic run, finishing 33rd out of 186 runners and placing in the top third of his field.
