Transport & Buses
Loxton Lutheran School owns two buses, which we use daily to pick up and drop off students to various locations around the Riverland who are ineligible for transport via the Government bus service. As much as possible, we offer a ‘door to door’ service.

Routes
Route 1 – Our ‘Catch’ bus services the Moorook, Barmera, Glossop and Berri areas
Route 2 – Our ‘Higer’ bus services the Bookpurnong, Lyrup, Loxton North and Loxton East areas. It is also used to pick up and drop off students to the OSCH facility in Loxton every morning and afternoon, and to drop students off to Monday Night Ministry at St Peter’s Church
Schedule/Times
Schedules for each service are developed by the Business Manager in collaboration with our bus drivers. Schedules are emailed to families at the beginning of each term. Any changes to the schedule are communicated to families via email.
Rates
It is our intent to make our bus service as affordable as possible for all families. We offer both a ‘Full Time’ and ‘Casual’ rate to help cater for the needs of families. Prices vary depending on your location. Charges for the bus service will be added to family fee accounts at the end of each term. Prompt payment is appreciated.

Government School Bus Service
Some students of Loxton Lutheran School may be eligible to travel using this service. Families are asked to direct any enquiries in relation to this service to the Business Manager.
